Four-Phase Coaching Process

Every coaching relationship with Shupe Strategics begins with an exploration of your interest in coaching and what you’d like to achieve.

We assess what you want to achieve in more depth and conduct a standardized assessment of your skills, characteristics, and abilities.

A confidential 360-degree assessment may also be useful. These assessments are designed to give you insight and information to use in the coaching process.

Focus goals with clear metrics, align values, and commit to achieving goals

We partner with you to develop a set of goals and a set of clear metrics to measure your progress in meeting your goals.

3. Action
Develop the plan and begin to implement it

We create an action plan to reach those goals. Implementing this plan is the heart of the coaching process, where we explore your abilities, beliefs, perceptions, and skills, and work together to balance and align these with the goals you want to achieve.

4. Achieve

Track results, celebrate achievements, and adjust where necessary

We track your success and celebrate achievements. Often we find clients achieve their goals sooner than they expected, and can move on to new and higher-level goals.

Our coaching engagements typically last three, six, or nine months.
